摘要:
21 世纪的核心竞争力量就是经济水平。在社会经济不断发展的背景下，我国的农业经济也 得到了快速的发展。同时，农业经济作为促进我国经济在社会中快速发展的主要内容之一，相关的管 理人员要想完成农业经济的转型升级，就要在新形势下，对促进农业经济发展的有效途径进行研究。
Abstract:
The core competitive force in the 21st century is the economic level. Under the background of the continuous development of social economy, the agricultural economy of our country has also been developed rapidly. At the same time, agricultural economy as one of the main contents to promote the rapid develop? ment of our economy in society, relevant managers want to complete the transformation and upgrading of agri? cultural economy, we should study the effective ways to promote the development of agricultural economy un? der the new situation.
