摘要:
20 世纪90 年代伴随着电子商务的出现，实体大型商超的发展受到了一定的制约与打击，对 其支付方式、物流、信用问题等提出了新的挑战。本文通过研究国内外电子商务背景及大型商超发展 背景，进而提出实体商场在电子商务的冲击下如何转型和升级，三农背景为大型商超带来的机遇。
Abstract:
With the emergence of e-commerce in the1990s, the development of large-scale entities has been subject to certain constraints and blows, which pose new challenges to their payment methods, logistics, cred? it problems and so on. This paper studies the background of e-commerce at home and abroad and the back? ground of large-scale business super-development, and then puts forward how to transform and upgrade the physical shopping malls under the impact of e-commerce, and how the background of the three farmers brings opportunities for large-scale business super.
