摘要:
“中国美，必须农村美。”农村生态环境治理要始终坚持强化政府引导作用，调动村民主体和 市场主体力量。但现阶段，我国农村环境治理公众参与存在参与意识薄弱、参与层次低的现状，以及 政策法规不集中等问题。通过分析，提出要持续加大对环境问题治理的投入，引导公众有序参与环保 政策的决策过程，加强对公众环保行为的引导等措施。
Abstract:
"To be beautiful in China, the countryside must be beautiful." We will strengthen the guiding role of the government mobilize villagers subject and market main body strength in Improving the rural ecological environment . But at this stage,There are some problems in the public participation in rural environmental governance, such as weak participation consciousness, low participation level, and lack of centralized poli? cies and regulations. Based on the analysis, the paper puts forward some measures, such as increasing the in? vestment of environmental problems, guiding the public to participate in the decision-making process of envi? ronmental protection policy, and strengthening the guidance of Public Environmental Protection Behavior.
