摘要:
实施乡村振兴战略，必须要打破乡村地区的人才瓶颈制约。通过多种方式和手段，使农村地区能够吸收人才、培养人才、留住人才。高校作为优秀人才培养的主要场所，在乡村振兴战略的发展下，承担着乡村人才输入的责任。在新的时代发展下，大学生服务三农事业成为乡村振兴战略人才发展的重要形式，高校在人才培养以及就业指导上，要充分的培养大学生服务三农的意识，来实现乡村地区的人才引入。文章分析了当代大学生就业价值取向的特点，以及农村地区对人才的需求特点，提出了鼓励农村籍学生返乡就业、引导大学生关注农村市场以及介绍宣传农村人才引进政策
