摘要:: 随着社会经济的发展和人民生活水平的不断提高，人们对黑穗醋栗的需求与日俱增，显示出巨大的市场潜力和效应。开发利用黑穗醋栗是促进林区经济发展的手段之一，是林区新的经济增长点。对其浆果资源进行精深加工可大大提高产品的附加值，极大地推动黑穗醋栗产业化发展，市场前景十分广阔。

Abstract:: With the development of social economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standard, the demand of black currant is increasing, and it shows the huge market potential and effect. Developing and utilizing of black currant is one of the means to promote the development of forest economy, is in the new economic growth point. The berries resources for deep processing can improve the added value of products, greatly promote the development of industrialization of black currant, market prospect is very broad
