摘要:: 茄子是最热门的食材之一，也是为数不多的紫色蔬菜，营养价值极其丰富。不管是蒸、炒、烧还是凉拌，茄子美味独特的口感总是让人感到幸福和满足。茄子富含蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、维生素以及多种矿物质。因此常吃茄子，可保护心血管、抗坏血酸，可以抑制消化道肿瘤细胞，对延缓人体衰老具有积极的意义。

Abstract:: Eggplant is one of the most popular food, also one of the few purple vegetables, extremely rich nutritional value. Whether it be steamed, Fried, or cold, eggplant unique delicious taste always lets a person feel happy and satisfied. Eggplant is rich in protein, fat, carbohydrate, vitamins and a variety of minerals. So often eat eggplant, can protect cardiovascular, ascorbic acid, can inhibit the digestive tract tumor cells, have positive sense to delay the aging process.
