摘要:: 本文着重研究了工民建施工管理方面的相关事项，提出了工民建施工管理过程中存在的主要问题，并对问题进行了深入的分析，从而提出了加强工民建工程施工管理的措施，以保障工民建施工按时保质地完成。

Abstract:: This paper studies the related matters, civil construction management is put forward, the main problems existing in the pro? cess of civil construction management, and carried on the thorough analysis of a problem.
