摘要:
野外焚烧秸秆是秋冬季节雾霾形成的原因之一，如何充分利用秸秆等生物资源，加快秋冬季雾霾治理，是有关地方和 政府部门必须解决的问题之一，也是农民期盼的变废为宝、增收节支的一条可能渠道。为此，此文就以上存在的问题进行分析 和对策研究。
