森林资源是我国一个巨大的、可利用的资源，随着时代和经济的发展，我国的许多森林 资源都被砍伐殆尽，在这种情况下，为了弥补森林资源的空缺，减少经济损失，政府开始重点培 养林业工程，营造林是林业工程中最为重要的一项基本措施
Abstract:
The forest resources is a huge and available resources in our country, along with the develop? ment of The Times and economic, many of the forest resources in China were cleared, in this case, in or? der to make up the vacancy of forest resources, reduce economic losses, the government began to focus on cultivating forestry engineering, YingZaoLin is a forestry engineering of the most important funda? mental measures
