摘要:
环境的变化是大学新生面临的第一个成长阶段，需要做好相关的心理调试才能够完成 大学学习和生活的适应。如何处理好新生的心理健康问题，可以尝试通过团体辅导来实现，通过 团体辅导能够有效的让新生适应大学的学习和生活，融入新的交际环境，提高心理素质和应对外 部环境变化的能力。
Abstract:
The change of environment is the first stage of freshmen's growth, and it is necessary to do some psychological adjustment in order to complete the adaptation of college study and life. How to deal with the mental health problems of freshmen can be achieved through group counseling, which can effectively make freshmen adapt to the study and life of the university, and integrate into the new com? munication environment. Improve psychological quality and the ability to cope with changes in the ex? ternal environment.
