摘要:
改变大学英语教学模式，提高教学质量，是新时代培养创新人才的重要环节。高效英 语教学应该注重人才培养与合理英语教学发展之间的逻辑探索，即：充分发挥英语人才主体与教 师的主导作用，达到英语教学人才培养实现“中国梦”的目标，因此，合理地培养创新型英语人才， 是深化英语教学改革路径的重要举措。
Abstract:
Changing college English teaching mode and improving teaching quality is an important part of cultivating innovative talents in the new era. Effective English teaching should pay attention to personnel training and reasonable English teaching development between the logic of exploration, namely: the English talents into full play the main body and the teachers' leading role, English teaching personnel training to realize the goal of "Chinese dream", therefore, reasonable to cultivating innovative talents, English is the important measure of deepening the reform of English teaching path.
