摘要:: 无论对于任何企业管理来说财务管理都是其中的核心环节，强化企业的财务管理，提高资金的周转能力，也是是建筑企业最重要的管理工作之一。目前，对于建筑企业来说财务管理存在着体制混乱，财务管理体系不完善，财务存在大量的风险，资金运转效率不高，财务管理人员素质整体不足等缺陷。对此建筑企业应当加快财务整理财务管理体制，健全预算管理体制，提高资金运转效率以及财务管理人员素质的提升，从多种措施着手有效的降低企业财务风险，有的提升财务管理水平，更好的促进建筑企业的可持续发展与稳定的发展。

Abstract:: Financial management is the core of any enterprise management. It is also one of the most important management tasks for construction enterprises to strengthen financial management and im? prove capital turnover. At present, there are some defects in financial management for construction en? terprises, such as disordered system, imperfect financial management system, large amount of financial risks, low efficiency of capital operation and overall insufficient quality of financial management person? nel. This construction enterprise should speed up the financial financial management system, improve the budget management system, improve the efficiency of capital operation and financial management personnel quality promotion, from a variety of measures to effectively reduce the enterprise financial risk, and enhance the level of financial management, to better promote the sustainable development of construction enterprises and stable development.
