摘要:: 高等院校应该根据学院特点设立党建联合会，把党建联合会打造成党建与思政育人的平台，着眼于培养德才兼备的应用型人才。进入新时代，党建联合会须牢牢把握习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的丰富内涵，创新工作思路，改革工作模式，完善工作机制，凝练团队文化，深化工作内容，坚持以学生为中心，把学生党建工作和思想政治工作有机融合起来，围绕“培养什么人、如何培养人、为谁培养人”这个根本问题，把思想政治工作贯穿于高校学生成长成才的全过程，提高思想政治工作水平，打造高校思想政治工作品牌。

Abstract:: Institutions of higher learning should set up a party building federation according to the char? acteristics of the college, build the party building Federation into a platform for Party building and ideo? logical and political education, and focus on training applied talents with both moral and intellectual abilities. In the new era, the CPC Construction Federation must firmly grasp the rich connotation of Xi Jinping's socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era, innovate working ideas, reform working mode, improve working mechanism, condense team culture, deepen work content, adhere to stu? dent-centered, and integrate students'Party construction and ideological and political work organically. Together, focusing on the fundamental issue of "who to train, how to train and for whom to train", ideo? logical and political work runs through the whole process of College Students'growth and development, improves the level of Ideological and political work, and builds the brand of Ideological and political work in Colleges and universities.
