摘要:
高职院校具有四大服务基本属性，一是服务于新农村建设，二是服务就业者素质，提升 职业能力，三是培养社会劳动力和促进地方经济发展，四服务于经济结构调整和增长方式的转 变，以推动我国社会经济发展和促进我国经济建设稳定展开。基于区域经济服务的高职院校， 要着眼于当前区域经济发展的欠缺，结合学校师资力量展开社会培训工作，在社会培训中提高 人才的职业能力和职业素养，为区域经济输送高技能人才。
Abstract:
Higher vocational colleges have four basic attributes of service, one is to serve the construc? tion of new countryside, the other is to serve the quality of the employed and enhance their professional ability, the third is to train social labor force and promote local economic development, and the fourth is to serve the adjustment of economic structure and the transformation of growth mode, so as to promote the social and economic development and promote the stable development of China's economic construction. Higher Vocational Colleges Based on regional economic services should focus on the current lack of re? gional economic development, combine school teachers to carry out social training, improve the profes? sional ability and quality of talents in social training, and provide high-skilled talents for regional econo? my.
