摘要:
当前大学生就业难的问题已经引起了社会的广泛关注，大学生创新意识、创业能力不 足，在市场竞争中缺乏优势，不得不面临着严峻的就业危机，因此，将创新创业教育融入到高校 人才培养中来，培养学生的创新意识，提升学生的创业能力，帮助学生更好地融入到“双创”的社 会氛围中，已经成为当前高校教育发展的必然选择。本文以服装与服饰设计专业大学生培养为 例，探究创新创业教育融入高校人才培养的重要性，并分析相应的教育发展路径。
Abstract:
At present, the difficult problem of college students' employment has aroused the widespread concern of the society, college students' innovative consciousness, lack of entrepreneurial ability, lack of advantages in the market competition, have to face a severe employment crisis, so, We will integrate innovative entrepreneurship education into the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities, culti? vate students' sense of innovation, enhance their entrepreneurial ability, and help students better inte? grate into the social atmosphere of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation". It has become an inevitable choice for the development of education in colleges and universities. Taking the training of students ma? joring in clothing and dress design as an example, this paper explores the innovation and entrepreneur? ship.Education into the importance of university talent training, and analysis of the corresponding educa? tion development path.
