自2014 年10 月8 日“制度治党”被首次提出之后，总书记在强调党的建设时多次强调制 度治党的重要，在中国共产党走过的近百年的历史中，党的制度建设不断创新、不停发展，是一 个不可忽视的方面。大革命时期是中国共产党制度建设起源、探索的重要时期，随着大革命的 开展这一时期的党员数量猛增，人数的增加也就代表着管理难度的增加，同时又要面对复杂的 革命环境，这对还处于幼年时期的中国共产党无疑是种挑战。可令人欣喜的是，中国共产党在 大革命时期借用北伐战争的胜利和工农运动高涨的机会不断探索，并在制度建设方面取得进
Abstract:
Since the "system governing the Party" was put forward for the first time on October 8, 2014, the General Secretary emphasized the importance of the system governing the Party many times when he emphasized the Party's construction. In the nearly 100 years' history of the Communist Party of Chi? na, the Party's system construction has been constantly innovated. Continuous development is an area that cannot be ignored. The period of the Great Revolution was the origin of the system construction of the Communist Party of China, an important period of exploration. With the development of the Great Revolution, the number of Party members increased sharply, and the increase in the number of mem? bers also represented the increase in the difficulty of management. At the same time, facing the complex revolutionary environment, this is no doubt a challenge to the Communist Party of China in its infancy. It's delightful. It is gratifying that during the Great Revolution, the Communist Party of China took ad? vantage of the victory of the Northern Expedition and the high opportunities of the movement of workers and peasants to continuously explore, and made progress in the construction of the system, and made some groundbreaking achievements.
