摘要:
本文首先以消费者权利、消费者权益保护法解读入手，进而分析消费者权利保护存在 的主要问题，最后提出经济法视阈下消费者权利保护的完善路径。
Abstract:
This article starts with the interpretation of consumer rights and consumer rights protection law, then analyzes the main problems existing in consumer rights protection, and finally puts forward the perfect path of consumer rights protection from the perspective of economic law.
