摘要:
靖边县东坑镇伊当湾村积极响应党中央关于稳步推进农村集体产权制度改革的有关 精神，结合本村产业发展实际，深入推进清产核资、成员认定、股权设置等改革工作，通过盘活集 体资源、调整优化产业结构，探索出一条发展集体经济、促进产业长效发展、农民增收的新路子。
Abstract:
Jingbian dongkeng town, when bay village positive response of the CPC central committee on steadily push forward the rural collective property right system reform on spirit, according to the develop? ment of village industry and further promote the means of, members identified, such as setup reform work, through the collective resources, adjusting and optimizing industrial structure, explore a long-term developing collective economy, promote industrial development and the new way of increasing farmers' income.
