摘要:
农业科技服务业对于现代农业的发展有明显的促进作用，因此，要完善科学技术创新 对于农业科技服务业的支撑体系。首先，建立科技、信息、金融等部门的联动机制，形成农业科 技服务业的标准化服务体系。其次，推动科研成果的转化和科学技术的应用，建立鼓励农业科 技服务业创新的长效机制。最为关键的是要发挥政府作用，加大财政对农业科技研发、成果推 广和转化的政策投入，并且确保农业科技的使用效率。最后要强化农业科技服务业的人才队伍 建设。
Abstract:
The agricultural science and technology service industry is obviously promoting the develop? ment of modern agriculture, so it is necessary to perfect the support system of science and technology in? novation for the agricultural science and technology service industry. First, we will establish a mecha? nism for linking science, technology, information and financial sectors .Second, promote the transforma? tion of scientific research achievements and the application of science and technology. Increase finan? cial policy investment in research and development, promotion and transformation of agricultural sci? ence and technology. Finally, it is necessary to strengthen the personnel construction of agricultural sci? ence and technology service industry.
