摘要:
随着现代化的发展，农村劳动力不断涌向城市，导致农村土地闲置比例越来越高，实施 土地流转，可以更好的实现土地资源的合理配置。本篇文章主要对土地流转的必要性、现状、亟 待解决的问题进行分析，然后提出合理的建议，希望可以给土地流转提供参考。
Abstract:
With the development of modernization, the rural labor force continues to flock to the city, resulting in a higher and higher proportion of idle rural land, the implementation of land circulation, can better achieve the rational allocation of land resources. This article mainly analyzes the necessity, present situation and problems to be solved in the land circulation, and then puts forward some reason? able suggestions, hoping to provide some references for the land circulation.
