摘要:: 马克思提出土地国有化理论否定资产阶级土地私有权利天赋的观点，考察了不同社会形态的土地所有制形式，通过批判法国农民土地所有制，揭露了土地私有制下资产阶级剥削的秘密。在特定条件下，马克思设定了土地国有化的前提、内容和主要方式。围绕深化农村土地制度改革和“三权分置”问题的学术争论，马克思对土地问题的理论探索仍然具有启示意义。

Abstract:: Marx puts forward the idea that the theory of land nationalization denies the natural rights of bourgeois land, examines the forms of land ownership in different social forms, and exposes the secrets of bourgeois exploitation under the private ownership of land by criticizing the ownership of French peasants. Under certain conditions, Marx set the premise, content and main methods of nationalization of land. Focusing on the current academic debate on deepening the rural land system reform and the "three powers separation" issue, Marx still has enlightenment on the theoretical exploration of land is? sues.
