摘要:
乡村振兴战略是新时代党中央的重大国家发展战略。人才振兴是乡村振兴的重要组 成。本文通过对国内相关研究进行梳理，实地走访调研了若干赣南地区毕业后返乡创业的大学 生，通过案例研究影响原赣南苏区大学生返乡创业的主要障碍，归纳出返乡大学生在创业过程 中遇到了专业知识不对口、项目产业选择具有盲目性，风险识别与把控能力不足，政府帮扶缺失 等主要障碍，并针对这些障碍提出了三个相应对策。
Abstract:
The Rural Revitalization Strategy is a major national development strategy of the Party Cen? tral Committee in the new era. The revitalization of talents is an important component of the revitaliza? tion of the rural areas of the Jiangxi Soviet Area. By combing domestic related research and visiting a number of college students who returned to their hometowns after graduation in Jiangxi Soviet Area, this paper analyzed the main obstacles that affect college students returning home business through case study. We concluded that they encountered some obstacles such as mismatching professional knowl? edge, blindness in project industry selection, insufficient ability in risk identification and control, lack? ing of government support and imperfect guidance mechanism of entrepreneurship in schools, and also put forward three corresponding countermeasures against these obstacles.
