摘要:
通过查阅资料及前期试验，选取对槲蕨总黄酮超声波提取影响比较大的3 个因素料液 比、提取功率、提取剂浓度进行正交试验，结果表明：槲蕨总黄酮超声波提取工艺最佳生产方案 为：料液比为1:30，超声功率480W，溶剂浓度为65%乙醇，此时，槲蕨黄酮含量最高，黄酮的提取 率为0.7961%。
Abstract:
Through access to information and early experiment, the selection of more influence ultrason? ic extraction of total flavonoids of dl-tetrahydropalmatine fern three factors of material liquid ratio, ex? traction, concentration of extractant power orthogonal experiment was carried out, the results show that total flavonoids of dl-tetrahydropalmatine fern ultrasonic extraction technology: for best production ma? terial liquid ratio of 1:30, ultrasonic power 480 w, 65% ethanol solvent concentration, at this point, it fern flavonoids content is the highest, flavonoids extraction yield of 0.7961%.
