摘要:: 为全面落实《农村人居环境整治三年行动方案》，2018 年以来，长春市委、市政府全面贯彻落实党的十九大精神，牢固树立新发展理念，以改善农村人居环境，建设美丽宜居乡村为目标，科学规划、广泛动员、整合资源、强化措施，大力实施农村人居环境整治工程，取得了显著成效。

Abstract:: In order to fully implement the three-year action plan for the implementation of the threeyear plan of action for the environment of rural human settlements, the CPC and the municipal govern? ment have fully implemented the spirit of the Party's 19-year plan since 2018, and firmly set up the new concept of development to improve the rural human settlement environment and build the beautiful and livable countryside as the target and the scientific planning. It has made remarkable achievements in the wide-ranging mobilization, the integration of resources and the strengthening of measures, and the implementation of the rural human settlement environmental regulation project.
