Abstract:
The central party in the new phase of the deployment clearly, to promote the implementation of comprehensive agricultural administrative law enforcement reform is an important task to be resolved at the current stage. This paper mainly expounds various problems in the process of implementing the reform of ag? ricultural comprehensive law enforcement at the local level. Combined with the premise of agricultural com? prehensive administrative law enforcement reform, this paper analyzes and thinks about the measures taken to shape the supervision and inspection of animal epidemic prevention.
