摘要:
随着社会的发展，我国市场经济体制不断完善，法制化进程显著提升，现阶段正在扎实推进 依法治国的策略。农业法制化是我国法制建设的重要组成部分，同时也是建设农村小康社会的基础。
Abstract:
With the development of society, the market economy system of our country is constantly improv? ing, and the process of legalization has been improved significantly, and the strategy of governing the country according to law is being firmly promoted at the present stage. The legalization of agriculture is an important part of the's legal system construction, and it is also the foundation of building a well-off society in rural ar? eas.
