摘要:: 2000 年第五次人口普查显示，我国65 岁及以上人口占比达到6.96%，意味着自此正式迈入 “老龄化社会”。随后老龄化程度不断加深，老年人口逐年攀升，到2018 年这一比例已达11.93%。因此,养老成了全球关注的热点问题，而中国是全世界老年人口基数最多的国家,并且相应的养老设施匮乏,带给了社会和每个家庭巨大的负担。基于此，本文借鉴A 公司的实践经验、结合服务营销理论以此研究国内的智慧养老服务。

Abstract:: The fifth census in 2000 showed that the proportion of the population aged 65 and over in China reached 6.96%, which means that it has formally entered the "aging society" since then. Then the aging de? gree is deepening, the elderly population is rising year by year, and by 2018 this proportion has reached 11.93%. Therefore, the old-age pension has become a hot issue in the world, and China is the country with the largest number of elderly population in the world, and the corresponding lack of pension facilities has brought a huge burden to society and every family. Based on this, this paper draws lessons from A company's practical experience, combines the service marketing theory to study the domestic intelligent old-age ser? vice.
