摘要:
在这个当今社会,竞争在促进我国农业经济持续健康发展的同时,违法的农业经营者为了获得不正当的利益,会采取隐蔽的手段或者方式达成垄断协议,严重破坏了市场秩序,阻碍农业经济发展，所以这种不合法的竞争行为,成为了反垄断法中重点查处的象。但是由于垄断协议最大的特点就是具有一定的隐秘性,农业违法经营者也会采取隐秘的手段躲避执法机关的查处,从而使得反垄断法在执行过程中困难重重，也阻碍农业经济的发展。
