摘要:
劳动本身就具有教育功能，在劳动中人们拥有完整的人格、坚强的意志、踏实的态度、感恩的心灵等诸多高尚 品格。习近平总书记针对新时代全面育人的新要求在全国教育大会上强调要把劳动教育纳入培养社会主义建设者和 接班人的总体要求之中，明确提出构建德智体美劳全面培养的教育体系，为新时代劳动教育指明了方向，深入研究习 近平的劳动教育思想，品味其理论内涵，最终明确习近平的劳动教育思想的价值指向。
