摘要:
新时代社会许多领域产生深刻变革，健康中国战略加速发展。习总书记强调构建强大的公共卫生体系，把大 健康理念摆在更加突出的位置。大学生心理健康教育大学生思想政治教育工作的热点工作之一，新时代，高校大学生 身心健康发展受到了前所未有的波动及影响，传统的心理健康教育途径存在一定的局限和滞后特点，森林康养是当前 大健康教育发展下的新模式，探索森林康养途径，结合康养基地，丰富心理健康教育内容和方式，创新心理健康教育机 制，以期为新时代下大学生心理健康教育工作提供参考。
